I so enjoyed documenting a couple of hours of Erica and Zoe's intimate wedding at their home in Western MA the end of July. As a wedding photographer I've gotten used to traveling all over the state for weddings. But keeping my work local means a lot to me and this may have been the closest wedding to date about a ten minute drive! With that being said I told them I could be flexible with time if they needed to push the time a bit later especially if there is a thunderstorm. The one day it rained this summer (ok maybe the second day but it's been too dry) was on their wedding day so they pushed it to a time where it looked like the storms would pass. It was a sweet wedding with a few close family members in attendance and their adorable spunky dog. Their yard was filled with vibrant flowers, vegetables and chickens. I'm truly lucky to call this my home where community is important. It's a place where support for small local businesses is vital. I'm so grateful Zoe and Erica found me and value supporting a small local business. Here are some of my favorites from their day. Enjoy!
Florals are by Zoe who is part of Tiny Bouquet Company specializing in local seasonal cut flowers from their small farm! You can find them on Instagram at @tinybouquet_co and at the Ashfield Farmers Market and Shelburne Falls Farmers Market.
