summer wedding at woolman hill

Maddy and Patrick's wedding was superbly fun to photograph. I got to know them before the wedding with their engagement shoot which I think always puts a bit of ease into the wedding day for most couples. We can't deny it's been a rainy summer but it was amazing that the rain held off until we were under the tent for dinner. Woolman Hill is beyond beautiful with fields of vibrant goldenrod, an apple orchard and surrounded by lush woods. You feel a sense of calm when you drive up to the location. Maddy and Patrick's family and friends were so fun to be around and photograph. They provided bubbles and yard games for the kiddos and there was plenty of space for them to run around. I LOVED the Bart's ice cream truck, super cool. There are so many more moments I captured through out the day but here is a good group of photos I feel capture how it felt to be there on August 26, 2023. I am honored to have been chosen to document their wedding day and amongst so many amazing local vendors.
